WARRANTY REGISTRATION

WARRANTY CONDITION

The warranty is valid for 3 years from the original purchase date. All claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt) and are subject to product inspection for a one-to-one exchange. Warranty service is available only at the CUEVIA office. All warranty replacements must be approved by CUEVIA in advance. Buyers are required to return the defective product and present the approval confirmation email when visiting the CUEVIA office. The replacement must be collected within 14 days from the date the approval is issued.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Covered (Eligible for Warranty)

  • Charging, syncing, or connection failure caused by internal wiring faults, with no visible physical damage.
  • Functioning only when bent at certain angles (internal breakage under normal use).


Not Covered (Warranty Void)

  • Cuts, crushing, or bite marks from pets or other animals.
  • Damage from bending, twisting, or stretching beyond normal use.
  • Wear and tear caused by improper storage, handling, or misuse.
  • Damage caused by excessive force, impact, or deliberate harm.
  • Damage resulting from exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, fire, or other environmental factors.
  • Corrosion, rust, or oxidation of connectors.
  • Use with incompatible devices or power sources exceeding the recommended specifications.
  • Defects or damage caused by unauthorised repairs, alterations, modifications, or disassembly (including cutting, splicing, or replacing connectors).
